Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in building world-class product experiences for interactive web applications, including scalable backend services and complex frontend user interfaces.
Experience in writing clean, maintainable software that solves complex problems is essential, along with the ability to write testable, quality code.
Strong communication skills and a desire to give and receive regular feedback are required.
Proven cross-cultural competency skills are necessary, demonstrating self-awareness and the ability to adopt inclusive perspectives to drive inclusion and belonging.
Candidates should have empathy for learners and a passion for helping others learn.

Experience with Machine Learning or LLMs is a plus but not required.

The target salary for this position ranges from $137,871 to $154,069 USD or $186,306 to $207,993 CAD, with potential for exceptional performers to earn above this range.
