Remote Sr. Software Engineer, Monetization

Description:

• The Growth Monetization team focuses on helping customers find suitable product offerings and guiding them through upgrade paths using advanced technology and innovative strategies.
• The team's main goal is to enhance user experience while driving revenue growth simultaneously.
• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems, APIs, and services to optimize revenue strategies with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• You will collaborate with Design, Product, and Analytics teams to bring projects from concept to launch, A/B test new features, analyze results, and release improvements iteratively.
• Writing clean, well-tested, and performant code for frontend and backend platforms is a key responsibility.
• Supporting and fostering the technical development of team members is also part of the role.

Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in modern technologies and frameworks like React, Next, and Typescript.
• Proficiency in crafting systems emphasizing clarity, reusability, testability, and scalability.
• Extensive experience in backend development with a proven track record in PHP technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of relational database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server, along with data modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, process, and interpret data for informed decision-making and optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, demonstrating respect and productivity.
• Strong planning skills to break down large projects into milestones and identify risks and dependencies.

Benefits:

• The targeted base salary range for this position is $127,800 to $196,000.
