Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience in working on cross-functional teams to connect technical and non-technical groups is required.
Fullstack experience in building modern database-backed web applications (both SQL and NoSQL) is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in microservice development.
Mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns are essential skills.
Experience in driving all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-launch maintenance, is required.
Candidates must have experience working on complex projects with a focus on sustainable results.
