Description:

• RecargaPay is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Pix team.
• The Super App simplifies everyday payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil.
• The platform consolidates credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance to democratize mobile payments and financial services in Brazil.
• Services include bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans.
• The role involves writing efficient code, contributing to all development phases, maintaining software documentation, and supporting continuous improvement.
• The engineer will mentor others, solve technical problems, propose technical implementations, and encourage collaboration within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject.
• Experience with medium complexity domains, web applications, security, session management, and best development practices.
• Knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, Domain Driven Design, and Microservice Architecture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS, asynchronous programming, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing complex distributed applications for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
