Description:

  • The role is for a Sr. Software Engineer on the Provider Clinical Team, working remotely in the United States.

  • The position requires a full stack engineer who can work on both frontend and backend tasks, focusing on high-impact projects that enhance care quality.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Previous production experience with React and TypeScript is required.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams is necessary.
  • Candidates should have frontend and mid-tier experience in building modern web applications.
  • Experience managing time-sensitive projects while balancing multiple stakeholders' needs is essential.
  • Candidates must have experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, specification, execution, and measuring success.
  • Preferred qualifications include start-up or growth-stage experience, solution-oriented problem-solving skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to tackle complex problems with grit.
  • A collaborative working style, high personal awareness, and a growth mindset are also preferred.
