Description:
The Sr. Software Engineer will work with the Provider Clinical Quality team to build tools for therapists and the internal Clinical Quality team.
The role involves creating intuitive user experiences to enhance therapist productivity and integrating data-intensive machine learning solutions to improve care quality.
The engineer will be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering high-impact projects that elevate the quality of care provided by therapists.
The position requires a full stack engineer who can work across both frontend and backend technologies.
The work environment is collaborative, emphasizing technical excellence and solution-oriented decision-making.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years of software engineering experience.
Previous production experience with React and TypeScript is required.
Experience working on cross-functional teams is necessary.
Candidates should have frontend and mid-tier experience in building modern web applications.
Experience managing time-sensitive projects while balancing multiple stakeholders' needs is essential.
Candidates must have experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, specification, execution, and measuring success.
