The role is for a Sr. Software Engineer focused on Provider Experience at Rula, a company dedicated to improving mental healthcare.
The Provider Experience team is responsible for enhancing the core therapist experience by building services and experiences that facilitate high-quality care delivery.
Projects include developing intuitive user experiences to boost therapist productivity, creating secure and compliant backend services for clinical data, and integrating data-intensive machine learning solutions to improve care quality.
The position requires a frontend-oriented fullstack engineer to implement extensible React patterns and elevate the quality of frontend systems.
The engineer will collaborate with a team of 8 passionate engineers, focusing on high ownership, technical excellence, and solution-oriented decision-making.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of software engineering experience.
Previous production experience with React and TypeScript is required.
Experience working on cross-functional teams is necessary.
A frontend-focused fullstack experience in building modern web applications is essential.
Candidates should have experience managing time-sensitive projects while balancing multiple stakeholders' needs.
Experience in driving all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, specification, execution, and measuring success, is required.
