The Sr. Software Engineer - Provider Experience position at Rula focuses on creating a world where mental health is destigmatized and embraced as an essential part of overall well-being.
The role involves leading the Provider Experience team to enhance therapist experiences by developing intuitive user interfaces, secure backend services, and data-intensive ML integrations.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team of passionate engineers to improve the quality of care provided to individuals struggling with mental health issues.
Responsibilities include implementing extensible React patterns, driving all phases of the development lifecycle, and balancing multiple stakeholder needs in time-sensitive projects.

Requirements:

6+ years of software engineering experience is required for this role.
Previous production experience with React and TypeScript is essential.
The candidate must have experience working on cross-functional teams and building modern web applications with a frontend focus.
Strong skills in planning, specing, execution, and measuring success throughout the development lifecycle are necessary.
Preferred qualifications include start-up or growth-stage experience, high personal awareness, complex problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative working style.
