The Sr. Software Engineer will join the Reference Data Team, which is responsible for data reconciliation and curation for market data providers.
The role involves building a single source of truth and aligning public and alternative investment data products for clients.
The engineer will collaborate with product teams to understand business needs and contribute to engineering projects aimed at effective data platform usage.
The engineering team primarily utilizes PySpark, Python, AWS, Terraform, Java, and Kubernetes, and follows Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have several years of experience as a professional software engineer.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages is necessary.
Candidates should have proficiency with relational databases.
A strong problem-solving skill set and the ability to learn rapidly are essential.
An interest in building data pipelines and working with Big Data is important.
