As a Senior Software Engineer on the Partnerships team, you will develop technology for seamless integration with partners to enhance patient interactions with Rula.
The role involves onboarding new payers and partnerships, maximizing the reach of payer benefits, and supporting new strategic partners to grow patient leads.
You will engage in developing high-impact solutions within a cross-functional team, focusing on optimizing partnership enrollment, building partner integrations, and enhancing analytics.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a bias for action, excellent collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience working on cross-functional teams is required.
A back-end-focused full-stack experience is necessary.
You should have experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns.
Experience working on time-sensitive projects while balancing multiple stakeholders’ needs is essential.
You must have experience with Microservice and/or Event-based architectures and be proficient in SQL, Java, Typescript, and Go.
