The ideal candidate should have extensive software development experience and broad knowledge across design, product, and data.
A background in early-stage startups and 0 to 1 product development is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include evaluating and selecting technologies for new projects, designing product architectures, collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining high-quality code, growing the engineering team, staying updated on industry trends, integrating smart contract technologies, and improving development processes.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, particularly in prototyping and new product development, is necessary.
Candidates should be opinionated, independent, appreciate ownership, and thrive in a high-velocity environment.
Demonstrated expertise in React and React-based frameworks such as Next.js is essential.
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software architectures is required.
Candidates must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to make progress independently.
Experience with various software development processes and an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses is important.
A passion for staying current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in web development is expected.
Familiarity with smart contract development and people management is a plus, but not essential.
