Description:
The Sr. Software Implementation Consultant will manage multiple NetSuite support and software engagements across various verticals with minimal guidance.
The role involves building client relationships and developing business opportunities for the SquareWorks professional services team.
Responsibilities include preparing for and running recurring and ad-hoc client meetings, as well as maintaining ongoing relationship-building activities to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Candidates must have impeccable written and oral communication skills.
A strong emphasis on customer service and customer satisfaction is required.
At least moderate exposure to core NetSuite functionality is necessary.
A minimum of two years of consulting or business analyst experience is required.
Candidates should have a keen desire to expand their understanding of NetSuite and business systems in general.
Sharp analytical skills are essential, with the ability to solve complex problems with minimal assistance, even on unfamiliar topics.
The ability to handle competing priorities effectively and with limited guidance is required.
A strong understanding of general business principles is necessary, with a minimum of three years of business experience preferred in software, biotech, or wholesale distribution.
Familiarity with business systems and exposure to multiple business system platforms and associated integrations is required.
Basic accounting principles and terminology knowledge is necessary.
Familiarity with core NetSuite functionality is required, with formal NetSuite system administration or consulting experience being a plus.
Familiarity with compliance and audit-related topics is a plus.
Previous experience deploying pre-packaged software solutions is a plus.
