Description:

  • The Sr. Software Implementation Consultant will manage multiple NetSuite support and software engagements across various verticals with minimal guidance.
  • The role involves building client relationships and developing business opportunities for the SquareWorks professional services team.
  • Responsibilities include preparing for and running recurring and ad-hoc client meetings, as well as maintaining ongoing relationship-building activities to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have impeccable written and oral communication skills.
  • A strong emphasis on customer service and customer satisfaction is required.
  • At least moderate exposure to core NetSuite functionality is necessary.
  • A minimum of two years of consulting or business analyst experience is required.
  • Candidates should have a keen desire to expand their understanding of NetSuite and business systems in general.
  • Sharp analytical skills are essential, with the ability to solve complex problems with minimal assistance, even on unfamiliar topics.
  • The ability to handle competing priorities effectively and with limited guidance is required.
  • A strong understanding of general business principles is necessary, with a minimum of three years of business experience preferred in software, biotech, or wholesale distribution.
  • Familiarity with business systems and exposure to multiple business system platforms and associated integrations is required.
  • Basic accounting principles and terminology knowledge is necessary.
  • Familiarity with core NetSuite functionality is required, with formal NetSuite system administration or consulting experience being a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit-related topics is a plus.
  • Previous experience deploying pre-packaged software solutions is a plus.
