Remote Sr. Solutions Architect

Description:

• Knowde is a global software company focused on transforming the chemical industry by organizing and digitizing product data.
• The company provides touchless product master data and integrated tools to accelerate digital transformation for suppliers and distributors.
• The Sr. Solutions Architect will own the technical relationship during the implementation of Knowde's PIM product.
• This role involves collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and define an implementation strategy.
• The architect will work with commercial and product teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
• Responsibilities include advising on best practices for implementing data management products and troubleshooting technical issues.
• The architect will assist with solutions design, external system integration, technical training, and project management.
• Key responsibilities also include offering insights into product data structuring, defining the technical scope of projects, and leading technical responses to RFPs.
• The role requires staying informed on industry trends and optimizing customer implementations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical consulting or custom development with PIM systems, ERP’s, and SaaS solutions is required.
• A solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and familiarity with various CRM platforms is essential.
• Candidates must have experience with systems implementation processes and methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile approaches.
• Proficiency in analyzing clients' technical environments to identify requirements for Knowde’s solutions is necessary.
• The ability to provide comprehensive technical recommendations for system integrations and enhancements is required.
• A solid understanding of PIM systems and product data management is crucial, especially in relation to e-commerce and customer experience.
• Expert-level communication and presentation skills are needed to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field is mandatory.
