Description:
SearchStax, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect - AI & Solr Search Specialist for a remote position.
This role involves integrating AI technologies and Solr search capabilities into product offerings.
The position requires deep expertise in AI engineering, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and Solr.
Responsibilities include acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI and Solr search technologies, providing advanced technical guidance, and innovative solutions.
The role involves partnering with Account Executives and the Partnerships Team to implement sales strategies for AI-enhanced Solr search technologies.
The architect will engage with customer challenges to design customized SearchStax solutions utilizing AI and Solr.
Conducting in-depth demonstrations of AI and Solr-driven search solutions is a key duty.
The position includes overseeing the planning and execution of detailed Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to illustrate the effectiveness of the technologies.
Providing pre-sales support to customers in understanding and optimizing their AI and Solr search configurations is essential.
The architect will facilitate a smooth handoff to the post-sales team to ensure continuity.
Developing educational materials and contributing insights on AI and Solr capabilities is part of the role.
Assisting in crafting RFP responses that showcase the benefits of AI-powered Solr search solutions is also required.
Requirements:
A Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related IT field is required, along with at least three years of relevant experience.
Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields plus at least five years of progressive post-degree experience is acceptable.
Demonstrable proficiency in Solr is required.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is necessary.
Knowledge of one or more cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is required.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like Sitecore, Adobe, or Acquia is necessary.
Experience in Linux Systems Administration is required.
Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, such as Python or Ruby, is necessary.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Benefits:
The position offers a salary of $119,995 per year.
There is no travel required for this role.
A work from home (WFH) benefit is available.
