The company provides touchless product master data and integrated tools to accelerate digital transformation for suppliers and distributors in the chemical industry.
The role of Sr. Solutions Architect involves owning the technical relationship during the implementation of Knowde's PIM product.
Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and define implementation strategies.
The Solutions Architect will advise on best practices for implementing data management products and act as the client's PIM technical expert.
The position requires identifying improvements in the implementation process and collaborating with internal teams to enhance it.
The Solutions Architect will assist with solutions design, external system integration, technical training, and project management.
The role includes troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining relationships with the customer’s technical counterparts.
The position is available in Rzeszów or Białystok, or remotely from Poland.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical consulting or custom development with PIM systems, ERP’s, and SaaS solutions is required.
A solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and familiarity with various CRM platforms and customer experience technologies is necessary.
Candidates must understand the systems implementation process and be proficient in analyzing clients' technical environments to identify requirements for Knowde’s solutions.
The ability to provide comprehensive technical recommendations and strategies for system integrations and enhancements is essential.
A solid understanding of PIM systems and product data management, especially in e-commerce and customer experience, is required.
Expert-level communication and presentation skills are necessary to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Technical knowledge in API experience, specifically REST and GraphQL, as well as complex data mapping and validations, is necessary.
Experience with ERPs (SAP), Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs, and CRMs (Salesforce, MS Dynamics) is required.
