• Buoy Software is focused on transforming the blood-product donation and collection experience through technology and design.

• The Sr. Solutions Architect will guide customers in integrating with Buoy software and influence product and technical decisions.
• This role requires a balance of technical expertise and customer-facing experience, responsible for successful product implementations and ongoing technical leadership.
• The architect will understand technical constraints and customer architecture to inform integration approaches and technical designs.
• Responsibilities include developing technical artifacts, providing architectural guidance, collaborating with customers, and resolving complex problems.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be passionate communicators, advisors, and advocates for the customer.
• A deep understanding of Software Development is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is necessary.
• Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures is required.
