Description:
Buoy Software is focused on transforming the blood-product donation and collection experience through technology and design.

The Sr. Solutions Architect will guide customers in integrating with Buoy software and influence product and technical decisions.
This role requires a balance of technical expertise and customer-facing experience, responsible for successful product implementations and ongoing technical leadership.
The architect will understand technical constraints and customer architecture to inform integration approaches and technical designs.
Responsibilities include developing technical artifacts, providing architectural guidance, collaborating with customers, and resolving complex problems.
Requirements:
Candidates must be passionate communicators, advisors, and advocates for the customer.
A deep understanding of Software Development is required.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is necessary.
Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures is required.
