Cision is seeking a Sr Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to join their remote team in Hungary.
The role involves collaborating with product, design, technology, and data science colleagues to create and improve applications.
Responsibilities include reviewing PRs, evaluating application technologies, and recommending best practices.
The engineer will mentor and train team members in software development, focusing on code maintainability, performance, security, and functionality.
Candidates should have deep knowledge of the entire tech stack and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
The position requires acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Engineering organization and across cross-functional teams.
Duties include developing solutions with minimal technical debt, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting teams in delivering quality code, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in a computer-related subject area or a related business field is required.
Candidates must have eight or more years of experience in Information Technology and solution delivery, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in C#, .NET 6+, front-end frameworks such as React, unit testing, RESTful web services, messaging & queuing, microservice data architecture, microfrontend & atomic design, Docker, SQL, and Git is essential.
Bonus points for experience with MySQL, Postgres, Kubernetes, and GraphQL.
