Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Staff Product Solutions Engineer for a remote position based in South Carolina.
This role is crucial at the intersection of product development, client success, and engineering.
The engineer will work closely with strategic clients to design and deliver customized solutions on a robust data intelligence platform.
Responsibilities include leading product discovery, gathering requirements for tailored data solutions, and managing delivery through product requirement documents (PRDs).
The engineer will oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and acting as the primary contact for key customers to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
The role involves partnering with sales to support lead qualification, proposal development, and upsell opportunities.
The engineer will manage beta testing, gather feedback, and resolve post-delivery technical issues while collaborating with external development partners.
Identifying new product opportunities and proposing scalable solutions for repeat customer needs is also part of the role.
The engineer will enable internal teams through documentation and product training.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 12+ years of experience in data management, data warehousing, or data engineering.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
In-depth knowledge of SQL, data integration methods, APIs, and cloud-based data architectures is essential.
Hands-on experience with data catalog software or similar enterprise data platforms is necessary.
A strong understanding of data governance, data security, and system interoperability is required.
Proven success in a customer-facing role such as product management, sales engineering, or Technical Account Management (TAM) is needed.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
Comfort with strategic client relationships and long-term product planning is essential.

The position offers a competitive base salary between $155,991 – $210,588 USD.
