Description:

  • The Systems Engineering organization at ServiceNow is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to join their team in Dublin.
  • The role involves architecting and deploying robust, scalable, and secure on-premise Kubernetes infrastructures.
  • Candidates may also be considered for the Product Owner role, responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog and acting as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate enjoys working with various technologies, facing different challenges, and seeing the impact of their work on customer outcomes.
  • Responsibilities include designing and implementing Kubernetes solutions, influencing priorities for existing capabilities, developing new systems, transitioning solutions to Operations, providing consultation to service owners, and working with a range of technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to drive change and introduce new services at scale.
  • Strong technical background delivering solutions across multiple layers of the technology stack.
  • Continuous learner who enjoys solving new problems and exploring new technologies.
  • Proficiency in software development with experience in popular systems languages like Python, Go, Ansible.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
