Description:

  • Join a client in the Philippines as a Sr. Support Specialist in a pioneering role to establish an offshore team.
  • Support the Founder with administrative tasks like scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Manage client relationships and uphold a professional image in interactions.
  • Oversee projects, ensure quality standards, and follow up on leads for service pitching.
  • Assist in developing and refining administrative processes and systems within the team.
  • Adapt to various tasks and roles until additional team members are onboarded.

Requirements:

  • Must have proven experience in process and project management.
  • Ability to analyze current processes and suggest improvements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required.
  • Strong client-facing skills with background in customer service, sales, or client relations.
  • Proficient in office software and communication tools.
  • Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
