Description:
Join a client in the Philippines as a Sr. Support Specialist in a pioneering role to establish an offshore team.
Support the Founder with administrative tasks like scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Manage client relationships and uphold a professional image in interactions.
Oversee projects, ensure quality standards, and follow up on leads for service pitching.
Assist in developing and refining administrative processes and systems within the team.
Adapt to various tasks and roles until additional team members are onboarded.
Requirements:
Must have proven experience in process and project management.
Ability to analyze current processes and suggest improvements.
Exceptional attention to detail is required.
Strong client-facing skills with background in customer service, sales, or client relations.
Proficient in office software and communication tools.
Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
