Description:

  • Join Keeper as a Sr. System Support Engineer, a 100% remote position.
  • Work on resolving complex technical issues and resolution analysis for Keeper's cybersecurity software.
  • Collaborate with an elite team of Sr. Support Engineers and Sales Engineers to provide technical support for clients.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to users with varying levels of technical experience.
  • Shift: Friday-Tuesday, Hours: 3pm-11pm.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT management and System Administration.
  • Proficiency in Mac OSX, Windows, & Linux administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with setting up Single Sign On (SSO) environments and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting identity access management solutions like PAM.
  • Advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, Authentication protocols, LDAP.
  • Strong command of Linux Shell and PowerShell.
  • In-depth understanding of prem/cloud/hybrid environments.
