Description:
Join Keeper as a Sr. System Support Engineer, a 100% remote position.
Work on resolving complex technical issues and resolution analysis for Keeper's cybersecurity software.
Collaborate with an elite team of Sr. Support Engineers and Sales Engineers to provide technical support for clients.
Communicate technical information effectively to users with varying levels of technical experience.
Shift: Friday-Tuesday, Hours: 3pm-11pm.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in IT management and System Administration.
Proficiency in Mac OSX, Windows, & Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with setting up Single Sign On (SSO) environments and Active Directory.
Familiarity with troubleshooting identity access management solutions like PAM.
Advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, Authentication protocols, LDAP.
Strong command of Linux Shell and PowerShell.
In-depth understanding of prem/cloud/hybrid environments.
