ProArch is seeking a highly experienced Sr. T-SQL Developer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced T-SQL queries and database solutions that drive our business applications.
You will collaborate with various teams to optimize data handling and ensure high performance and scalability of our database systems.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support business logic.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Analyzing and improving database performance by tuning existing queries and database structures is also part of your role.
You will participate in database design and data modeling efforts.
Troubleshooting and resolving SQL-related performance issues and errors will be required.
Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain quality standards is expected.
You will document database designs, changes, and procedures clearly for future reference.
Staying updated on the latest T-SQL and SQL Server features is essential to ensure our solutions leverage current capabilities.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
You must have 6+ years of experience in T-SQL development and SQL Server management.
Proficiency in writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions is necessary.
Strong experience with SQL Server performance tuning and optimization techniques is required.
Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes is expected.
Experience with SQL Server integration services (SSIS) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities are required.
You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) is an advantage.
