Description:
As a Senior UI Developer at ProArch, you will be a key member of our development team, responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing web applications.
You will collaborate with designers and backend developers to develop advanced user interfaces that enhance user experience and foster engagement.
Your expertise in modern front-end technologies will enable you to tackle complex challenges while adhering to best practices in design and development.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing responsive and adaptive user interfaces for web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
You will collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality user interfaces.
You will optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring high quality and performance.
Implementing reusable and modular UI components utilizing component-based architectures will be part of your role.
You will perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
Debugging and troubleshooting UI issues reported by users or QA teams will be necessary, determining the best approach for resolution.
You will work closely with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development and UI design is expected.
Maintaining documentation for UI components and applications developed will also be part of your responsibilities.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
You must have 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on UI development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is essential.
Experience with responsive design and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS is necessary.
You should have demonstrable experience in creating accessible interfaces (WCAG compliance).
A strong understanding of browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them is required.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services is important.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is needed.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress) is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
You must be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
Strong communication skills are necessary, capable of discussing design and functionality with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
