Description:

The position is for a Sr. Web and Digital Designer, working remotely from the United States or Canada.
You will be responsible for crafting exceptional digital experiences that represent the brand online, ensuring a seamless and visually engaging user journey.
Your tasks will include designing and maintaining scalable design systems and digital touchpoints, such as websites, landing pages, emails, and online campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and web teams to ensure that the brand’s digital presence remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
This is a hands-on position where your expertise will directly impact user experience and digital engagement across various platforms.
You will design and maintain cohesive digital design systems and templates across web platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual language.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver consistent and engaging user experiences across multiple digital channels, including websites and email campaigns.
Staying up-to-date with digital design trends and best practices is essential to continually innovate and improve the user experience.
You will optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO, while ensuring that digital assets meet functional and brand requirements.

Requirements:

You must have 6-10 years of experience in digital and web design, with a portfolio showcasing proficiency across various digital platforms.
A strong knowledge of digital design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout principles, is required.
You should have a proven ability to create scalable design systems that work across different digital platforms.
Expertise in UX/UI design principles and applying them to web and mobile projects is necessary.
Familiarity with web development principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers is expected.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software is required, along with a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to present design ideas and rationale to both stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
