The SRE Engineer will ensure the reliability, scalability, and availability of the organization's systems and services through Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
Responsibilities include optimizing application performance and stability, aligning infrastructure with business objectives.
The SRE Engineer will implement and maintain observability practices (metrics, logs, traces) to enhance system visibility and diagnostics.
They will define and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Error Budgets to ensure service quality.
The role involves developing and automating monitoring processes, alerts, and incident response to minimize downtime.
The SRE Engineer will apply automated testing methodologies (functional, performance, security, and integration) to improve software reliability.
Collaboration with development teams to implement architectural and design improvements with a focus on scalability is essential.
The position requires optimizing web application performance and stability to ensure efficient response times.
Good security practices in application development must be applied.
The SRE Engineer will manage and improve relational databases and SQL queries to optimize data access efficiency.
Adoption and promotion of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in project management and software delivery are expected.
Participation in researching and adopting new technologies to optimize processes and improve infrastructure is also part of the role.
Requirements:
