Description:
Tripalink, a well-funded growth-stage Proptech startup in Los Angeles, is looking for a Sr/Lead/Principal Full-stack Software Engineer.
The position is full-time and offers a hybrid/remote work environment, with a preference for candidates in LA, SF Bay Area, or Austin.
The company is focused on developing AI-powered real estate solutions to enhance the renting experience for users and provide economic benefits for property owners.
The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality products, participate in the full software development lifecycle, write scalable and secure code, and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Responsibilities include working on website, CRM applications, data/analytics tools, AI applications, etc.
Requirements:
Must have 3+ years of full-stack development experience, including shipping SaaS products or Internet services.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar ones is required.
Familiarity with application frameworks such as Spring Boot, React, Angular, Node.js, Django, etc.
Experience in AWS and relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, effective communication, and the capability for technical innovation are essential.

The estimated annual base salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $250,000.
