Remote Sr/Software Engineer - Dev Ops/Infrastructure (US Remote)

Description:

• CreativeX is seeking a Senior/Software Engineer to join their core engineering team, which focuses on site reliability, platform engineering, and devops.
• Responsibilities may include managing systems, scaling, and ensuring reliability.
• Recent tasks include upgrading Ruby on Rails, performing SQL query tuning, introducing datadog for system monitoring, and building out Ansible for automating the production environment.
• The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys learning new technologies, values data, and appreciates the quantitative side of life.
• They should thrive in an agile environment, enjoy working on an autonomous but closely-knit team, and actively contribute to improving the technology stack and the company as a whole.
• While the main focus will be coding, candidates are encouraged to voice their opinions on other aspects of the product like design, UX, and feature development.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• A Computer Science degree is preferred but not required.
