Description:

The role involves developing new features and improvements for products and services in a secure and well-tested manner, following company guidelines.
You will be responsible for writing detailed technical documentation.
The position requires solving technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
You will ensure code style, maintainability, and best practices are upheld.
Mentoring Junior Engineers on your team to help them develop their technical skills and remove obstacles to their autonomy is expected.
You will confidently launch moderately sized features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members.

Requirements:

A B2 level of English or higher is essential.
You must have over 2 years of experience in Ruby on Rails and NodeJS.
Knowledge of PM2, Domain Driven Design, and Clean Architecture is required.
Experience in event-driven development is necessary.
You should demonstrate motivation and self-management capabilities, along with excellent organizational skills.
Critical, logical, and mathematical reasoning skills are essential.
The ability to work effectively in a team is required.
You must have your own computing equipment available.
Additional considerations include:
- Previous experience working with GCP.
- Experience with Kafka and/or Pub/Sub.
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of common algorithms and data structures.

The mission is regional, aiming to relieve businesses in LATAM from logistics concerns.
The position is open to candidates located in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Panama, and Peru.
