The position involves developing new features and improvements for products and services in a secure and well-tested manner, following company guidelines.
The candidate will be responsible for writing detailed technical documentation.

The candidate will provide mentorship to Junior Engineers on the team to help them develop their technical skills and remove obstacles to their autonomy.
The role requires launching features and improvements of moderate size with minimal guidance and support from other team members.

Requirements:

A B2 level of English or higher is essential for this position.
The candidate must have over 2 years of experience in Ruby on Rails and NodeJS.
Knowledge of PM2, Domain Driven Design, and Clean Architecture is required.
Experience in event-driven development is necessary.
The candidate should demonstrate motivation and self-management capabilities, along with excellent organizational skills.
Critical, logical, and mathematical reasoning skills are essential.
The ability to work effectively in a team is required.
The candidate must have their own computing equipment available for work.
Previous experience working with GCP is considered a plus.
Experience with Kafka and/or Pub/Sub is also a plus.
Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.
Knowledge of common algorithms and data structures is beneficial.
