Remote SSR Software Engineer Fullstack

Description:

• The Software Engineer Fullstack LATAM will be part of the Engineering team at Xepelin, pushing the long-term technical vision for critical platform components and outlining roadmaps to deliver value within defined timelines.
• Responsibilities include designing systems and architecture impacting multiple teams, developing and maintaining scalable and resilient services and systems, leading by example to raise technical standards, quality, and efficiency across Xepelin.
• The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, mentoring engineers in their technical career development, and working in an environment that encourages idea sharing and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Must have over 3 years of total experience in software development.
• Expertise in designing scalable distributed services.
• Knowledge of the JavaScript stack: node, nest js, typescript, react, and next js.
• Relevant experience in developing high-quality services and systems.
• Demonstrated experience in technically leading complex projects involving multiple engineering teams and cross-platform impact.
• Proven experience in developing engineering best practices and improving efficiency for team development.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams with varying skills, expertise levels, and contexts.
