Description:

Workana is seeking a Semi-Senior WordPress Developer with experience in Elementor Pro for a part-time position to join the current and future web projects of a creative agency specializing in design, digital marketing, and web development.
The ideal candidate should be agile, resourceful, and possess good judgment, enjoying teamwork within organized processes and feeling comfortable providing technical and creative solutions.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development is required.
Advanced knowledge of WordPress and Elementor Pro is mandatory.
Regular use of AI tools integrated into Elementor Pro and ChatGPT for streamlining tasks such as structure and base copy is necessary.
Solid understanding of on-page SEO and basic technical SEO (speed, structure, tags, and use of plugins like RankMath) is essential.
Experience with management tools like ClickUp or similar is required.
Ability to execute autonomously based on wireframes, briefings, or designs provided by the team is necessary.

Experience in multiregional projects with subdirectories (e.g., /es/, /mx/, /en/) and correct implementation of hreflang is a plus.
Knowledge of 301 redirects, Google Search Console management, language-specific sitemaps, and advanced RankMath configuration is preferred.
Experience adapting defined sitemaps and modular structures in Elementor is advantageous.
Ability to work with multilingual content without duplicating websites, optimizing workflow is desired.
Good documentation, organization, and communication skills, especially in collaborative environments with marketing teams, are valued.
Experience in SEO redesigns or migrations without loss of positioning is a plus.

The position is 100% remote.
It is a part-time role.
The salary is up to 1,000 USD per month.
The contract is for 3 months with the possibility of renewal for stable annual collaboration based on performance.
The selection process includes a brief asynchronous video interview with Workana, a call with the Workana Account Manager, and a technical cultural ping pong interview with the client's CEO.
