The role is for a Staff AI-Driven Software Engineer specializing in Flutter, with a focus on transforming complex payment flows into seamless mobile experiences.
Responsibilities include building, testing, and deploying user-facing code in Dart for Flutter technology.
The engineer will craft trustworthy user experiences and investigate and fix problems related to performance and scalability.
The role involves assisting in planning, estimation, and scoping of feature development.
The engineer will also review pull requests from other software engineers and may engage in pair programming.

Requirements:

Candidates must have relevant experience with mobile app development using the Dart language and the Flutter Framework.
A strong understanding of "Clean code" principles, as outlined by Uncle Bob, is essential.
The candidate should structure their code following clean architecture and apply SOLID principles daily.
A deep understanding of state control patterns such as BloC, MobX, and Provider is required.
Experience in developing Unit Tests and Integration tests in Flutter is necessary.
Candidates must have successfully developed and deployed a Flutter application to the App Store or Google Play.
Familiarity with Firebase tools and design tools such as Figma, Avocode, or Zeplin is expected.
Previous experience with mobile app development using native technologies (iOS or Android) is required.
Advanced proficiency in AI-driven tools and automation for software development is necessary.
Exceptional communication skills and advanced English proficiency are required for effective interaction within the global team.
