SignalFire is seeking exceptional Staff AI and Machine Learning engineers to join their Talent Network for AI & Machine Learning roles.

Candidates will have their profiles shared with SignalFire's portfolio companies, providing visibility into exclusive early-stage opportunities that may not be publicly listed.
The role involves developing and deploying machine learning (ML) and deep learning models, building scalable data pipelines for training and inference, and working directly with founders to align AI strategies with product roadmaps.
Responsibilities also include researching and implementing state-of-the-art AI methodologies and optimizing RAG pipelines, agent architectures, and LLM-powered systems.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, deep learning, or applied AI.
Strong Python skills are required, particularly with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
Experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop, as well as MLOps platforms, is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is expected.
Startup experience or a strong interest in early-stage environments is considered a plus.
