Description:

Match Group is seeking an experienced Staff Application Security Engineer to ensure the highest standard of security for its products and members globally.
The role involves leading collaborations across various teams to develop, design, and execute security priorities impacting all user-facing platforms.

Responsibilities include designing and leading the implementation of SDLC practices, serving as a subject matter expert for Application Security, leading research into suspected application vulnerabilities, and maintaining awareness of known vulnerabilities in application technologies.

Candidates must have prior experience securing large-scale web and mobile applications, including performing security code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and manual testing for logic flaws.
Familiarity with dynamic and static application security tools is required.
Experience in performing thorough threat modeling of web applications is necessary.
The ability to effectively partner and communicate with Engineering and Product teams is essential.
A minimum of 4 years of application security and/or development experience is required.
