Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Staff Engineer to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software applications.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural instincts, and the ability to mentor and elevate engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
As a Staff Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, driving technical decisions, and implementing best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable software solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful systems and frameworks that enable engineering efficiency across the organization.
Key responsibilities include leading the full lifecycle of complex software applications, creating scalable frameworks, driving architectural decisions, collaborating with product managers and designers, conducting thorough code reviews, improving engineering processes, staying current with emerging technologies, mentoring senior engineers, and championing productivity tools.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native distributed systems.
Expertise in Golang is required, along with experience working with MongoDB, Kafka, or other queue-based messaging systems.
Familiarity with React and experience contributing to frontend applications is a plus.
A strong understanding of microservice design patterns, inter-service communication, and building fault-tolerant, high-reliability systems is necessary.
Experience with setting up and managing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems in large-scale production environments is essential.
A solid foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design, is required.
Hands-on experience with modern infrastructure components such as containerization, service discovery, secret management, and cloud-native architectures is expected.
Proven ability to write technical documentation and effectively communicate complex technical concepts is necessary.
