Requirements:

• You must architect and develop game services to support thousands of concurrent users within virtual offices.
• You need to identify and rectify performance bottlenecks in any part of our service or storage layers.
• You will develop client-side SDKs that standardize application-backend interactions.
• You are expected to take charge of debugging and resolving performance issues alongside customers.
• You should formulate and implement strategies for tuning, revamping, or entirely crafting new segments of our platform.
• You will mentor a team of engineers, elevating their technical prowess and cultivating a culture of excellence.
• You must engage closely with company leadership to influence strategic decisions and directions.
• You should have significant expertise in TypeScript, or the ability to learn it rapidly.
• A minimum of 8+ years' experience in domains critical to our operations is required, such as real-time gaming backends, computer graphics and rendering, TypeScript and React performance, or the development of extensible platform architectures.
• You need an intuitive understanding of software design and code quality.
• You must be self-driven with a strong capacity to address and solve complex problems autonomously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with solid technical leadership, are essential.
• A growth mindset that is open to giving and receiving feedback constructively is necessary.
• You should have a proactive, action-oriented approach, comfortable with rapid execution and iterations.
