Description:

  • Jobgether is seeking a Staff Business Intelligence Analyst focused on Client and Program Impact in the USA.
  • This role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market teams.
  • The analyst will define, measure, and communicate program performance, particularly in population-level healthcare initiatives like cancer screening.
  • Responsibilities include driving alignment on key metrics, creating self-service dashboards, and building foundational data models to influence business decisions.
  • The position combines hands-on analytics work with strategic impact, allowing the analyst to influence outcomes across client programs.
  • Key accountabilities include partnering with cross-functional teams to translate questions into analytics requirements, leading strategic conversations with stakeholders, defining program impact metrics, building dashboards, contributing to data modeling, identifying analytical opportunities, and collaborating with Product and Engineering.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in support of Sales or Customer Success.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools are required.
  • Expertise in BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or Omni, with a focus on user-friendly design, is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional alignment and build trust in reporting is required.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and real-world applications in population health is preferred.
  • A proactive mindset and curiosity to understand the "why" behind analytics requests are important.
  • Experience in health-tech, digital health, or population health data is a plus.
