Description:
Zscaler is seeking an experienced “solution-minded” business systems analyst to lead important projects for top-line growth.
The primary responsibility is to work with partners to implement, enhance, and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) and its integrations with other systems like Salesforce.
The position reports to the Manager of Learning Management Systems and functions as an individual contributor.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define processes, strategies, priorities, and the Annual Operating Plan.
The analyst will develop technical requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and system design specifications.
Analyzing data from various sources, resolving inconsistencies, and breaking down complex information into detailed insights is essential.
The role involves partnering with the development team to deliver enhancements by configuring Salesforce or providing design specifications for internal development.
The analyst will define test criteria, assist in testing new features, and oversee the entire solution process from gathering requirements to deployment and monitoring.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, implementation consultant, or solutions architect, specifically supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), Salesforce, and related applications.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a business analyst and administrator for LMS platforms such as SkillJar, Litmos, or Cornerstone, with working knowledge of Salesforce integrations is required.
Expertise in end-to-end Learning Management processes for a SaaS technology company and experience in an Agile Scrum environment is necessary.
A proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale, technically complex solutions on LMS, Salesforce, and related ecosystems is essential.
Preferred qualifications include the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, especially AI-related tools, along with strong analytical and investigative skills.
Experience in researching software issues and functionalities is preferred, with a preference for Salesforce certifications.
Hands-on experience working with and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) is also desired.
