Description:
Inworld is seeking a Staff Cloud DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer to join their Technical Operations team.
The role involves managing the infrastructure, DevOps, and Site Reliability of Inworld's platform.
Responsibilities include maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, orchestrating CI/CD pipelines with Github Actions, Helm, and ArgoCD, administering Kubernetes for microservices scalability, and overseeing cloud administration.
The engineer will also measure and monitor service availability, latency, and overall health, while driving incident management and post-mortem analysis.
The position is available in-office in Mountain View, CA, or remotely within the United States.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Operations, or Site Reliability Engineering, or as a software engineer with relevant experience.
At least 2 years of experience with Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is necessary.
Experience with CI/CD using modern tools, specifically GitOps, is required.
Optional but preferred qualifications include experience in MLOps, Prometheus/Grafana, multi-cloud deployments, ArgoCD, and network management with VPNs.
Benefits:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $280,000, with total compensation including equity and benefits.
Individual pay is determined by work location, level, competencies, experience, and business needs.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
