Description:
Join the elite Customer Solutions Engineering team at Grafana Labs as a Staff Customer Solutions Engineer.
Be responsible for platform adoption and expansion experience for Grafana's customers.
Educate and enable customers through demos, hands-on enablement, and technical evaluations.
Collaborate with Sales team to qualify and close opportunities.
Communicate customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.
Provide design guidance, implement Grafana Cloud, and perform monthly health checks.
Assist in building critical SLA dashboards and deliver technical presentations to customers.
Propose and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to various audiences.
Own technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities.
Drive product conversations based on customer needs and feedback.
Enhance documentation, write blog posts, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
Ability to creatively solve Customer Adoption Challenges.
Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions.
Deep knowledge of Grafana Platform and extensive Deployment Design Expertise.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
Strong technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
Benefits:
Competitive OTE compensation range in Spain: €113,000-135,000.
