Description:
Kin is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to lead a team focused on insurance data related to claims, policies, products, rates, pricing, renewals, and risk.
The role involves designing and developing data pipelines and modeling raw data for downstream ingestion.
The Staff Data Engineer will ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data assets while mentoring and guiding other data engineers.
Collaboration with engineers, product managers, analysts, and stakeholders is essential.
The position includes leading a cross-functional project team to design solutions for effective reporting and implementing data validation standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in modern big data environments, particularly in lakehouse environments, and possess advanced knowledge of SQL and Python.

Requirements:
