  • As a Senior Data Engineer, you will build the foundational data infrastructure that powers insights to drive growth and impact.

  • You will design and optimize data pipelines, implement best-in-class data tools, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Your contributions will ensure that the data infrastructure supports rapid growth, fuels analytics, and delivers meaningful impact to patients and providers.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like AWS Glue, DBT, Dagster, or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and transformation is required.
  • You should have experience with AWS services such as Redshift, S3, Glue, and IAM.
  • Experience in designing and optimizing data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake) and managing S3 data lakes is necessary.
  • You must implement data validation, quality checks, and error-handling mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with data governance practices, including metadata management and documentation, is required.
  • You should have experience optimizing data pipelines, queries, and managing large datasets for efficiency and scalability.
  • Knowledge of best practices for high-throughput systems is essential.
  • You must have experience with data security measures such as encryption, role-based access control, and data masking.
  • A proven track record of working cross-functionally with data analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in a high-growth startup environment, real-time data processing technologies, and familiarity with infrastructure as code tools.
