As a Senior Data Engineer, you will build the foundational data infrastructure that powers insights to drive growth and impact.
This role is in a fast-paced startup environment where innovation, collaboration, and agility are essential.
You will design and optimize data pipelines, implement best-in-class data tools, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Your contributions will ensure that the data infrastructure supports rapid growth, fuels analytics, and delivers meaningful impact to patients and providers.

Requirements:
You must have experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like AWS Glue, DBT, Dagster, or similar orchestration frameworks.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and transformation is required.
You should have experience with AWS services such as Redshift, S3, Glue, and IAM.
Experience in designing and optimizing data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake) and managing S3 data lakes is necessary.
You must implement data validation, quality checks, and error-handling mechanisms.
Familiarity with data governance practices, including metadata management and documentation, is required.
You should have experience optimizing data pipelines, queries, and managing large datasets for efficiency and scalability.
Knowledge of best practices for high-throughput systems is essential.
You must have experience with data security measures such as encryption, role-based access control, and data masking.
A proven track record of working cross-functionally with data analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in a high-growth startup environment, real-time data processing technologies, and familiarity with infrastructure as code tools.
