• Key responsibilities include developing a cohesive data architecture, aligning with stakeholders on technical designs, and translating product vision into functional data pipelines.

Requirements:

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills are required to break down complex technical components and drive decision-making across teams.
• Mastery in quality data modeling and data pipeline design, development, and optimization for both batch and streaming systems is essential.
• Practical hands-on experience with data platforms and technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, Spark, and the AWS ecosystem is necessary.
• Proficiency in microservices and event-driven architecture, including AWS Lambda, Fargate, and Kafka, is required.
• A strong foundation in software development with a focus on high code quality, stable architecture, and maintainability is expected.
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and the lifecycle of AI/ML model development is important, along with hands-on experience working with Data Scientists.
• It is a plus to have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, understanding agentic workflows, and experience with healthcare data.

Benefits:

• The salary range for this role is between $170,000 and $220,000, with compensation based on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
