• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience solving complex business problems and maintaining Python in a production environment is necessary.
• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to rapidly iterate and deliver technical solutions that maximize business impact.
• Expertise with numerical software packages such as NumPy and scikit-learn is essential.
• Candidates must be able to manage product ambiguity and seek clarity when needed.
• Accountability for projects from planning to monitoring is required, with the ability to identify and address potential issues early.
