Requirements:

• Experience in early-stage product development and structured company environments.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including infrastructure, backend, and frontend technologies like Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Ability to handle sensitive data such as PHI and PII.
• Skilled in API design, systems integration, web application interfaces, application security, DevOps practices, and building reliable systems.
• Experience mentoring developers and scaling web applications efficiently.
• Growth-oriented mindset, eager to contribute to product development and take on strategic roles as the product evolves.
