Dispel is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to join a team of approximately 20 engineers.

Requirements:
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
A strong focus on automation is required.
Candidates must provide leadership in DevOps, Infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, and redundancy methodologies and techniques.
Experience with containers is necessary.
Candidates should know how to achieve highly reliable distributed systems.
Experience in delivering code to production reliably is required.
A good sense of logging, monitoring, and alerts is essential.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Candidates should be willing to accept failure and feedback, learn, and try again.
A passion for learning new disciplines and understanding team members' work is important.
Clear and succinct communication skills, both in-person and over team chat, are required.

The U.S. pay range for this position is between $149,000 and $188,000 per year, with an expected Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) between $13,000 and $16,500 per year.
