  • Dispel is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to join a team of approximately 20 engineers.
  • The position is full-time and offers the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • The technology stack includes Docker, AWS, Python, GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, and Azure.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • A strong focus on automation is required.
  • Candidates must provide leadership in DevOps, Infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, and redundancy methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience with containers is necessary.
  • Candidates should know how to achieve highly reliable distributed systems.
  • Experience in delivering code to production reliably is required.
  • A good sense of logging, monitoring, and alerts is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Candidates should be willing to accept failure and feedback, learn, and try again.
  • A passion for learning new disciplines and understanding team members' work is important.
  • Clear and succinct communication skills, both in-person and over team chat, are required.
  • Comprehensive background checks are mandatory, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
