Description:

Phantom is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer (Platform) to join their team remotely, with candidates only from the US, EU, and UK.
The company is focused on revolutionizing the crypto ecosystem with their self-custodial wallet, which allows users to manage accounts and tokens across multiple blockchains.
Responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Kubernetes, automating release tasks, overseeing e2e test automation, enhancing pipeline performance, and collaborating with product teams to optimize testing and release processes.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Systems Administrator role.
Strong experience with AWS and CI/CD tools such as GitHub or Gitlab is required.
Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi, as well as Kubernetes, is necessary.
Experience in blockchain or crypto is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
