The Staff DevOps Engineer (Security) will contribute to solutions that enhance the stability, performance, and security of deployments.
The role involves improving the experience of managing infrastructure both on-premise and in cloud environments.
The engineer will collaborate closely with site reliability and security engineers to create secure environments that comply with necessary regulations.
Core skills and technologies required for the position include AWS, VMWare, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Ansible, Terraform, Linux, and DoD compliance.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer, with the ability to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Experience in automating software delivery and deployment, as well as providing documentation and self-service tools for engineering teams and customers, is essential.
A strong understanding of AWS, Linux, containers, virtual machines, and Kubernetes is required, along with knowledge of hardening these systems according to RMF security controls and STIGs/SRGs.
Candidates should be proficient with command line tools and familiar with Terraform and Ansible.
The ideal candidate should work well with developers to ensure efficient and secure development and operations through automated pipelines and tooling.
