Description:

- Develop and maintain scalable solutions using diverse technologies to serve healthcare professionals and patients.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop scalable software and ensure alignment with broader team goals.
- Drive project execution by working closely with stakeholders and the product manager.
- Support team members in elevating their skills and performance.
- Draft technical documentation and establish engineering policies.
- Report directly to the Chief Architect.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in backend engineering.
- BSc degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
- Strong focus on Java (v.17+) and Kotlin.
- Proficiency in building containerized services with Spring Boot v3.
- Advanced knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AWS, specifically ECS, and MongoDB.
- Leadership experience in addressing and managing team dysfunctions.
- Solid understanding of Scrum methodology and product requirements development.
- Familiarity with FHIR, WebFlux, and Project Reactor.
